We process refunds for successful Order Cancellations, Approved Returns, and in cases involving Damaged or Incorrect Items.
1. Refunds for Order Cancellation
You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your order within the specific timeframe and conditions:
- Window: Within 12 hours of placing your order.
- Condition: The order must not have entered the production or printing process.
- Process: Email your cancellation request (with order number) to support@valleyds.com.
- Timeline: If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 days.
2. Refunds for Returns (After Receipt)
Refunds are processed once the returned item meets our eligibility criteria:
A. Return Eligibility
- Item must be unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase is required.
B. Process & Timeline
- Initiation: Contact support@valleyds.com to start the return process.
- Inspection: Upon receiving the return, we will inspect and confirm its condition, typically within 72 hours.
- Refund Processing: If approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 days of approval.
- Credit Appearance: Please allow an additional 3-5 working days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank/card company.
3. Non-Refundable Charges
