Payment & Cancellation Policy

Accepted Payment Method
This website accepts PayPal as the sole payment method. All transactions must be completed through PayPal at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their PayPal account is valid, active, and authorized for the transaction.
Payment Processing
Full payment via PayPal is required at the time an order is placed. Orders will not be processed, prepared, or scheduled for shipment until payment has been successfully authorized and confirmed by PayPal. By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that the PayPal account used is authorized for the transaction.
Order Confirmation
Once payment is successfully completed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This confirmation indicates that the order has been received and entered into the system for processing.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet entered the processing stage.
Cancellation requests submitted after the 12-hour window may still be considered if the order has not been shipped; however, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the carrier, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds Related to Cancellation
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original PayPal account used for the purchase. Refund processing times may vary depending on PayPal’s internal processing and the customer’s financial institution.
Order Information Updates
Requests to update order information, including shipping address, recipient name, or contact details, may be accommodated as long as the order has not yet been shipped or transferred to the carrier. Once the order is in transit, changes to order information can no longer be made.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of all order details at checkout.
Failed or Incomplete Payments
If a PayPal payment is declined, canceled, disputed, or fails to complete, the order will not be confirmed or processed. Customers must resolve any payment issues directly with PayPal before placing a new order.

All prices listed on the website are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without prior notice and do not include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
