Introduction

All planter pots and pot huggers displayed on this website are in-stock items; however, each order still requires processing and preparation time before being handed over to the carrier. Customers are kindly asked to be patient during this process. Detailed information regarding order processing time, estimated delivery time, shipping costs, carriers, and shipping-related matters is provided below.

Processing and Delivery Time

Handling time: 3 business days

Shipping time: 7-10 business days

Estimated total delivery time: 10-13 business days

Business days: Mondays to Saturdays 

Cut off time: 18:00 Pacific Standard Time

Delivery time excludes Sundays, and public holidays. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping conditions and carrier.

Shipping Costs

A flat shipping fee of $8.00 applies to each order. Free shipping is available for orders with a total value of $90.00 or more.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using reputable domestic carriers, including UPS and FedEx. The carrier selected for each order depends on the delivery location and carrier availability at the time of shipment.

Shipping Area

Shipping services are currently limited to addresses within the United States. International shipping, PO Boxes, and locations outside the U.S. are not supported at this time.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid addresses are not guaranteed for successful delivery. Any additional costs incurred for re-delivery or address correction, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Delivery

If an order arrives damaged due to shipping, the customer must contact support within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photographs of the damaged product, the external packaging, and the shipping label are required for review. Claims submitted after this timeframe or without sufficient documentation may not be eligible for consideration.

Unclaimed Orders

If an order is returned due to unsuccessful delivery or failure to be claimed by the recipient, the customer must contact support within fourteen days of the return. Orders that remain unclaimed after this period are not eligible for a refund.
